Booking a meeting secures the date for you. You will be emailed a direct link to Zoom, Skype, or Source-Connect a day before and receive an emailed reminder about your meeting three days before your scheduled date.
If you are running late for the meeting, let us know of your situation as soon possible as to reschedule or hold the meeting. If the meeting is on Hold, we will hold for no more than 15 minutes.
If you would like to reschedule or cancel the meeting, you have three (3) days prior to your scheduled time to cancel and avoid penalty. A late cancellation or no show will charge $20/instance.
If there is repetitive rescheduling or you have rescheduled for the second time and do not show, you will forfeit your project’s deadline and your project will be on Hold until we received written feedback of the revision. If we do not get a response after 30 days, we will terminate the project and you will be accountable for the payment of completed work as well as the cancellations fees.
All payments are made to Venmo.
Turnaround time may be delayed by revisions or no show meetings. Each revision, depending on the request, will change the guaranteed turnaround time and SDLC Audio may take up to a week to revise a project and re-deliver the final product.
