Tennessee Post Alliance (TNPA)
A statewide coalition for picture, sound, color, VFX, games, and digital creators.

Connect • Map • Advocate
TNPA is building a simple, statewide community for post-production professionals across Tennessee. We’re mapping the workforce, connecting creators, and laying the groundwork for future collaboration and advocacy.
What TNPA Is
TNPA is a collective effort to bring visibility, connection, and structure to Tennessee’s post-production community.
For the first time, picture and sound professionals across the state have a place to be counted, represented, and connected.
TNPA is:
- A statewide directory of post-production professionals
- A hub for picture, sound, color, VFX, animation, and digital media
- A foundation for future training, resourced, and workforce development
- A neutral, community-driven space for collaboration and visibility
- A long-term effort to strengthen Tennessee’s creative ecosystem.
This is Phase 1: mapping the workforce and build the network.
What TNPA Is Not (Yet)
- Not a union
- Not a nonprofit
- Not political
- Not a membership organization
Why It Matters
Tennessee has a strong creative workforce, but post-production has never been organized, counted, or connected statewide.
Studios, producers, and legislators often underestimate the depth of talent here simply because there’s no centralized way to see it.
TNPA changes that.
By mapping the workforce, we can:
- Show the true scale of Tennessee’s post-production community
- Connect professionals across regions and disciplines
- Strengthen local hiring and reduce out-of-state outsourcing
- Build a foundation for future training, resources, and advocacy
- Create a long-term infrastructure that supports careers, not just projects
This is about visibility, opportunity, and building something that lasts.
Help us map Tennessee’s post-production workforce and build a connected statewide community.
